Un repos ou une sieste traditionnel(le) de l'après-midi observé(e) dans les climats chauds, notamment dans les pays méditerranéens, en Amérique latine et dans certaines parties de l'Asie. Se produit généralement entre 13h et 16h et est étroitement lié à l'heure solaire locale.
