Wuhan is a large inland city in central China, home to roughly 10.4 million people near 31 degrees north latitude. It observes China Standard Time, the nationwide UTC+8 offset, and makes no daylight-saving change, holding local time eight hours ahead of Coordinated Universal Time in all seasons.
